Founder Sharon Ware…also known as the Queen of Patience, started her own corporation, initially teaching only computer classes. After discovering eBay, Sharon quickly became an Education Specialist Trained by eBay. After a year of teaching, studying, eating and breathing eBay, Sharon became an eBay Certified Business Consultant - at that time, she was only the 19th person to earn that designation worldwide! She is still one of only 29 worldwide!

John Ware, who coincidently, is Sharon's husband, is also an eBay Education Specialist and an eBay Power Seller as well. Sharon and John team teach classes and seminars. John adds the ‘man’s point of view’ to the business and always adds humor everywhere he goes. John has a degree in Business Management from West Virginia State University. His corporate career was spent as a Sales Representative and National Product Specialist for a Fortune 500 Electrical Distributor.
John is also proud to be a retired Volunteer Fire Chief, with 32 years in the fire fighting field. Many years ago, he started collecting Code 3 die cast fire truck replicas. Before he knew it, he had more than he needed and decided to sell some to make room for new models.
